Every treatment starts with an analysis of your skin and hair type and a patch test. We work to documented protocols, with single-use materials and tested equipment — and we say so openly when a treatment is not suitable.

We do not promise results we cannot deliver. You will know in advance how many sessions are realistically needed, what that costs and what the alternatives are — with no sales pressure.

We schedule enough time per appointment so you can settle in, ask questions and feel well looked after from start to finish.
